Eligibility
- Proposed work must directly improve the health and wellness of residents in Stone and Taney counties, Missouri
- Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, schools, and government agencies
- Projects must align with one or more of the following health and wellness focus areas: Access to Care, Child and Family Safety, Dental Care, Healthy Lifestyles, Mental Health, Substance Use
